Die Finca Río Colorado befindet sich neben dem Celaque-Nationalpark. Celaque, ein Wort aus dem Lenca-Dialekt, bedeutet „Kiste mit Wasser“ und ist genau der passende Name für diesen Berg: Er versorgt alle umliegenden Gemeinden und Farmen mit Wasser. Das Zeil der Plantage besteht darin, hochwertigen Kaffee zu produzieren. Die sozial engagierte und ökologisch nachhaltige Farm hat folgende Ziele:
