Der Name ILLARI bedeutet in der Sprache der Inkas „Morgendämmerung“ oder „Neuanfang“. Dieser Kaffee trägt die Botschaft der Erneuerung und Hoffnung in sich.

Sie wachen morgens auf und fahren durch die grünen peruanischen Berge, genießen die aufgehende Sonne Perus, um den neuen Tag mit der Energie der Inkas und diesem außergewöhnlichen traditionell angebautem Kaffee zu beginnen.

In einem der am schwierigsten zu erreichenden Gebiet im peruanischen Hochdschungel von Cusco, in der Nähe eines der Weltwunder „Machu Picchu“, unter dem schneebedeckten Berg Choquesafra, zwischen 1600 und 2000 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel, an Hängen mit 60° Neigung, auf vulkanischem Boden, im Schatten und mit natürlicher Bewässerung, wird diese Kaffeespezialität hergestellt, mit einer cremigen Textur der Linien Typica und Bourbon.

Grundsätzlich geeignet für alle Brühmethoden. Wir empfehlen die Zubereitung mit Handfilter, French Press und Aeropress.
